How the Blueprint system works
Every Blueprint is built from five dimensions. Each code is a five-letter signature that reflects how someone tends to see life, take action, relate to people, value meaning, and approach direction.
Optimist vs Realist
Do you naturally lean toward possibility and hope, or toward realism and what is likely to work in the real world?
Brave vs Cautious
Do you move into uncertainty with boldness, or prefer to assess carefully before acting?
Team vs Independent
Do you naturally think in terms of people and collaboration, or autonomy and self-direction?
Romantic vs Practical
Do you place more weight on meaning and emotional truth, or on usefulness and function?
Focused vs Explorative
Do you prefer commitment and direction, or options, discovery, and keeping room to move?
