By accessing or using Your Personality Blueprint at yourpersonalityblueprint.com (the “Site”), completing the personality assessment, or purchasing any product or service offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or any of its features.

The Service

Your Personality Blueprint provides a weighted personality assessment designed to map users to one of 32 archetypes across five core dimensions. The platform offers:

• A free 12-question preview assessment with an archetype result
• A premium 50-question full assessment with a detailed Blueprint report
• A downloadable PDF premium report summarising your personality profile
• Archetype guides, compatibility insights, and growth path content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Accounts & Access

Some features of the Site — including the free assessment — do not require an account. Premium access is granted via a Gumroad license key issued at the time of purchase.

• Your license key is personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for keeping your license key secure
• One license key grants access on one site or device at a time
• We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected

If you believe your license key has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@yourpersonalityblueprint.com.

Purchases & Refunds

Premium Blueprint access is sold through Gumroad. All purchases are subject to Gumroad’s payment terms. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Your Results & Their Limitations

Your Personality Blueprint results are provided for personal insight, self-development, and educational purposes only. They are not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, or medical advice of any kind.

• Results reflect patterns in how you answered at a specific moment in time
• Personality is complex and multidimensional — no assessment captures it completely
• Results should not be used as the sole basis for major life, career, or relationship decisions
• If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of your assessment results.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the assessment questions, archetype definitions, archetype names and descriptions, scoring methodology, report text, design, graphics, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Your Personality Blueprint and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission
• Your personal Blueprint report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not resell, relicense, or commercially exploit your results or report in any form

Sharing your result URL or a printed copy of your personal report for non-commercial personal use is permitted and encouraged.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the assessment methodology or question bank
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site
• Share, sell, or redistribute license keys
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, results, and reports are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Personality Blueprint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site, your results, or any content accessed through the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 (whichever is greater).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Assessment answers are used solely to generate your result and are not shared with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
